lt looks like you need a special tool to adjust the headlight alignment on the Gen 4 Jimny. The MOT tester adjusted them as he insisted they were set too high. I told him they adjusted themselves as soon as you drive away but he did them anyway.
I actually saw the headlights adjust down as he reversed it off the MOT ramp.
Anyhow, now the cutoff is about 15 feet in front of the vehicle and the dip beam is useless on an unlit road.
I have looked on Ebay but can't find the correct tool. ls it available anywhere?

The headlights can be adjusted using a large flat blade screwdriver.

Small socket on the head , 8mm?
You can see me use a socket in this video on the dip unit which achieved the same thing

I did mine in both vertical and horizontal using a socket, no problems at all.
I used a wall to adjust them which worked fine (vertical is perfect and both dip beams Z beam overlap at the correct distance, but in the fog last weekend they are slightly out to the left so will make another adjustment.
Before I started I got flashed at all of the time, now no one flashes at me and they are still good enough for the speed of the vehicle.

If you do it on the dipping motor you get vertical only
