Any ideas why the left is 50mm higher?
Springs are all good. New on front.
Swapped back 2 over still does it?

They all lean to the driver's side.

I have an idea that it is the front springs that you mess with to reduce the lean, not the back.
Tbh, I have perfected the art of not looking back at mine when I get out, so it doesn't bother me!

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

That's quite a lean 
Have you checked the body mounts are not rotten or the suspension mounts where coil spring seats on the chassis...... Rears are good at rotting away 
My gen 3 has around 15mm of lean
