Been a while since I've been on as I sold my last Jimny a while ago.

Just bought an 06 plate one today, as I just can't seem to live without one

Nice! I got my 07 a few months ago. Honestly, best thing I've done for it so far was getting it a much, much needed wheel balance. Made it go from feeling horrible and floaty to pukka. Other thing was fresh tyres + front brakes, feels so much better and safer than when I bought it.

My biggest problem with Jimny ownership is that I can't stop buying accessories for it...

Hi
Yes I'm really enjoying being back behind the wheel of a Jimny. This one has only 64000 miles so hopefully good for a while.
It's just had some new muds fitted on steel rims, but I don't need that level of traction so I'll be swapping back to the alloys and Duelers very shortly, just for a better ride on road.
Over time, I'll change those as they wear and put some all terrains on.
Front pads will be changed shortly too, as will be the gearbox, transfer box and diff oils
