Hi all,

Hoping someone can help with a solid answer.

I’ve got a 2005 Suzuki Jimny VVT with 2” suspension lift.

About to order some steel Modular wheels and was going to go for 15x7 tuff torque wheels from 4x4 tyres with 215/75/15 BFG muds but I’ve been offered a good price on some 15x8 Modular wheels.

my question is.. would they fit without the need of cutting the arches or bumper corners etc? The car quite clean so I don’t want to start cutting any trims or arches etc.

I’m looking at 15x8 ET0 with 215/75/15 BFG muds and I’ve already got 30mm wheel spacers on standard 15” alloys.

Thanks in advance.

You need to know the ET of the Modular’s, then there are some decent sites that’ll help you visualize the difference.
if you know the other fitting you have 15*7 then you should be able to get the different dialled in.

That setup definitely puts the tyre on a collision path with the wheel arch, but whether it will hit depends on the lift kit. If you have very stiff springs you might get away with it.
8" rims are very wide for 215 tyres and will be very heavy. It's not an optimal combination.
