Hi, Hopefully as you will be able to see from the attachments my rear seat floor pan is in need of attention, Mainly around the rear left wheel arch and the tool well at the rear. Otherwise apart from surface rust the rest seems pretty solid. Can anyone advise me on how hard this is to repair and what sort of price to expect. I hear it is common for them to go here and it is a pain to repair them as well! Would it also be more cost effective in the long run replacing the whole floor pan? Cheers for any advice it will be much appreciated.

Has it failed a test? I’ve not done one, but I reckon that could be patched from above and sort the problem for a chunk of time.
Ideally for the best repair it’s probably a floor and body off job.
Hopefully some one who’s done one will be along soon to lend further advice.

Hi Thanks for the reply. It passed its Mot about a month ago, so I've got a while to sort it.

Mine was like this or maybe not as bad and I ended up getting the under body done. Welding cost a fortune and it probably would have been cheaper to order a new panel ahead of time but too late now. Link below for the full boot panel on jimny bits. I'm not sure if they have them available on the bigjimny store or not. Obviously this would still require cutting and welding but I would think it would be better and cheaper than patches all over.
