I take it that other than the protrusion they ought to fit fine? If so then I like the idea, simple and reliable.

Yes they fit fine Lambert
jimnybits sell them with spacer ring
but it's all down to protrusion
I have a set of fixed sj hubs and spacer ring
but not completely liking idea of everything spinning all the time
Plus will all know to well about splitting with those tiny torx bolts

As me and Lambert found out you can just get an Allen key down the side of the split hubs and get the bolts out when one of my Torx bolts was well and truly stuck and had to be drilled out in the vertical drill. It would be even easier if we had a ball ended Allen key or better still a long socketed ball ended Allen key.
