After replacing Jimny cylinder head with a new one - new seals, new gaskets, it began to smoke like this:

Why is that? I haven't notice any coolant or oil loss yet.

Condensation in the exhaust system evaporating.
its a normal occurrence and is why your steel exhaust rots from the inside out.

Keep an eye on coolant levels, if you aren't loosing any and have no running issues then it's the above feature, don't worry about it.

Take it for a decent run and check again. It is quite common to get a bit of smoke or steam out of the exhaust on the first start up after doing a head gasket.
