I am planning on changing my seats and runners this weekend and just wondering about the best way to take the old seats out.
Do you unbolt the seats from the runners and then take the runners out, or is better just to remove the runners and lift the whole lot out together?

Either the front 2 floor bolts then the back or vice versa. Then lift the whole assembly out in one piece.

+1 with Lambert
If you pull the leaver and tilt seat forwards it's even easier to lift them out
weigh around 20kg

Thanks guys, it looks quite straight forward.
I will need to take the seat belt off the old seats, but that should be easy once they are out.
I am going to keep the stock seats for a while, it might be easy to swap back if the misses doesn't like the new seats.

You will need a nut and bolt for seat belt stalks
The original nut is welded to the seat base and it is a strange thread size

The seat sub frames include a nut a bolt for the seat belt.
I will be having a go at fitting them today.
