Welcome to the forum. First what age is the Jimny, second have you checked the fuses?

Check your fuel pump relay. They are two relays in rubber housings that are slotted onto two fins beside the main fuse box beside the battery under the bonnet. I think I swapped the two of them around just to see if the fuel pump engaged.

The Jimny is a 2009 year one of the jb43 models I replaced fuel pump with a new one only to find that the new pump isn’t being powered up but both the old and the new fuel pump works perfect when tested on a 12v battery

Greakking check the relay by swapping them with each other and 9 times out of 10 it's a €5 replacement relay.

What else can possible cause this issue.

Bad grounds, blown fuses, rodent damage (this was the cause on my car), time to get out a meter and start diagnosing the problem.
