I think foglights are more universal fit as my Osram ones fitted my Toyota and I know have them in my Jimny. Wouldn't like to say about headlights though.

Look at the headlight here:

It looks to be bespoke to the Jimny, rather than being the common 7" round lights used by the Jeep (and loads of other vehicles like Land Rovers and classics cars).
So, I'd say it is a no.
