98 Jimny compatible vehicle for parts was created by new2jimny20
Hello All! I have a 98 Jimny and am looking for new parts for it, I am located in Canada. I was able to get some but I am have difficulty sourcing out 1) muffler and exhaust, 2) coil springs. Some of what I can come up with are comparable to a 98 Suzuki Sidekick that was sold here in Canada but I'm having difficulties matching up other parts to the Jimny. Anybody here ever have to use a different model for parts in Canada or elsewhere? Thanks in advance for your help.

are you wanting to lift the suspension
can you measure the inner diameter of your coil springs
do you have custom exhaust manufacturing
can you do all the work yourself

Muffler dont have to be jimny specific. Any good exhaust place can supply equivelant.
exhaust can be made by any good exhaust place the have pipe bending machine.

The internet is your friend.
I know that the end of Suzuki Auto North America left Canada in the cold as far as easily obtaining OEM parts but it isn't much different here in the Philippines. The dealerships only stock the most commonly used parts and it takes them 3 - 5 weeks to get items from Japan. I just go online (eg. Megazip) and get them in the same time and cheaper.
Almost all of my accessory items are from online orders. If I were you I would go with internet orders even for larger items.

You can always enquire through this store. I have supplied parts to a few USA and Canada based builds as well as Central Africa. This includes 600cc based Gen3s and , surprisingly, at least one Gen4 in usa
