Has anybody had any success with remapping the ECU on the Gen 4 Jimny?
l realise that with no turbo, gains will be small, but l wondered if any improvement is possible?
I have heard of companies claiming 10pc but so far not one has produced a dyno print to substantiate those claims. There is a company in Somerset who do itb conversions on the gen3 motor and its cousins in the swift that have produced some interesting results and they will doubtless be looking into the newer motors too but I have not seen anything specific from them yet. l've seen a couple of turbo conversions and that must be amusing, l bet the front tyres don't last long, and if you accelerate into a corner it will most likely understeer straight into the nearest hedge/wall/tree
