It looks like the Jimny is going to disappear from the UK and Europe quicker than expected, the article suggests that small lightweight car manufacturers are impacted disproportionately by the EU emissions, I hope Suzuki doesn't become like Daihastsu which pulled out of Europe in 2011.

It was the article how the emissions was calculated which I found interesting, the lighter the car the more strict the EU restrictions are that the company has to hit 95g/km of CO2.

Yep, l’ve been trying to source a new Jimny and have been told that the last consignment has now left the factory.
No longer on sale in Europe. You can import from Japan but it costs IRO £26,000 by the time you’ve paid everything.
