I am getting a noise from the gearbox are transfer box it a grinding noise it only appears now and again when I am going down hill I can pull the transfer lever out from 2wd and push back in and it stops was only doing it once a day but now seem to be doing more often
its got 83000 on it I will change the transfer box oil what grade does it take I also see that bump or pot hole will bring the noise on if its the chain is it a box out fix
