I would first ask what the purpose of your lift is.
With that information, you should get many good suggestions of how much and what type of lift is best.
As far as tires go, the best size to use so that body lift and trimming are unnecessary would be 215/75r15.

I use it to get round a farm and some woods but also would like to do a small amount of green lanes as used to do a lot on a quad bike and miss it but I suppose there would also be road driving as well.
And some cosmetic as I do love the look of a lifted jimny ☺️

Can't help with the looks but a Jimny with some sensible all terrain tyres and otherwise standard suspension will go places you will have difficulty in walking. Mine on road tyres gets round about 90pc of the local game keepers side by side quad tracks in their woods.

Starting with tire size, if you are firm that you don't want body lift or trimming, I think the 215/75s are likely your choice. The next common size up would be the 235/75r15 tire. According to most here, those will usually require some minor modification. You may want to keep in mind that the 235s are probably the limit you can go without gearing changes.
With 215s a 3 or 4 inch lift may look a little out of proportion. A 2 inch lift looks good with that tire size (my opinion only). That setup should do well with how you intend to use the Jimny.
