its gone from a slip n slide to velcro!
weve only a few inches yet but should see a good depth of snow this weekend up here.

We've not even got a hint of it in Essex yet!
Last year we went out in it and spent half our time pulling people out of our way so we could get past. I didn't have a winch or a Rocklobster then - this year I think I'll fire up the winch rather than try to tow them as I found even MT's can't grip on ice covered tarmac! Whether I'll get pulled to them or I'll pull them out is another thing.
The only thing is when you have a capable off roader is you have no excuses for not getting to work!
Is Tong covered in snow?

Nothing like a bit of snow to bring out the childish instincts, we're off for a potter in jeep later on

weve got a foot in our fields but up on the hills its drifting to 2foot.
tractors are keeping it well compacted and the ploughs are out so more driving on snow than in snow.
tomorow will be better if it snows overnight (reduced tracfic and fewer gritters should see the back roads well snow covered)
