Hi gilburton, do you remember what you paid... Many horror stories on this site about main dealer rip offs.

I think it was app £7 but it was a little while ago and when you really need one it's worth it.
When you consider it was the original hose from 2008 sometimes the dealer prices are ok.
I was surprised at some of the local places no longer stocking the universal convoluted type.
There was a time when you could take a hose in and ask if they had anything like it and find something but it would appear to be no longer.
Have you tried the Jimny shop?
I'm sure Martin could give you a price.
Just ring your local dealer and find out. If it's not in stock they can usually get it for next day.

I first checked with Martin as I've had good service from him before, however he's away on holiday when I checked a week ago he's back online, so it says, tomorrow 21st July so I be giving him a shot... There are few good dealers here in Bulgaria, saying that I got all the oils brake fluids and drive belts just fine from them though.
Cheers
Tony..

Some time ago I wanted a new aerial. You can get pattern ones on ebay but they are knowhere near the quality of the genuine item and have less sections.
I bought one from my local Suzuki dealer and they also fitted it for not much more than the cost of the pattern part.
I think the total cost inc fitting was app £45
Not everything from the dealer is expensive.

Yeah it's a bit annoying that you can't get simple stuff like hoses for a Jimny but I suspect that is more to do with demand as the Jimny will not have sold in great numbers.
Sure you can get brake shoes/clutches/exhausts but they are consumables.

Thought I'd revive an old thread rather than start a new one...
Used the search function and can't find anything regarding silicone hoses or anything for the G13BB engine.
All the ones I can find being sold in many places state they're for the M13 engine.
Anybody got any ideas where I can find G13BB hoses?
Many thanks

Welcome to the forum. Replacement hoses can be found or ordered through Martin in the shop in the top banner of the page.

Thanks for the welcome!
Yeah I've looked at the shop and I can only see a radiator top hose and it's out of stock.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a full kit?
I've rebuilt an engine and they're all looking rather crusty...
