I see this topic is old, however the problem is recurring and may be related to balance.
All the cars worked fine with the old clutches. Fit a new clutch and these problems show up.
Are the new clutch assemblies balanced during manufacture?
Is the pressure plate marked and re-used then fitted on the same mounting holes with the same or new bolts?
Is the clutch plate a good fit to the gearbox input shaft, or is it a little loose with age?
Whether its in The Toilet, The Shower or The Prayer Room, we are all looking for guidance from The Still Small Voice from within!
