3 inch lift with 235's and a very small trim of the arches was fine offroad I did a big trim on the front bumper because it was damaged when I bought the car, I ran with a 410 and a rocklobster transfer box and to be honest I preferred the gear ratios in the 410 box for green laning.
If your doing a 4 inch lift you won't need a body lift with 215/75 tyres you only do a body lift to give you more clearance for the tyres which you won't need.
If your only green laning your much better off with a 2-3 inch lift and a little trim of the arches to try and keep your centre of gravity lower.

Sorry for being a bit slow, but do you mean I could run 235's without a crustacean, sorry I mean lobster :silly:

Ye I'll stay away from the body lift then. I already have the 4" kit bought so I'll see how I get on with it being top heavy.

You can run 235's with a standard transfer box but it does struggle to get up to speed on the road, off roading is ok if it's green laning but you do need to be careful you don't ride the clutch to much.
Are you getting castor corrected arms with your lift kit?
