I have a 99 Jimny, I have purchased a WT Transfer case for it and was going to get low range gearing for it but do not want the high range affected. Currently I am running 31 Federals MT on it and they are going great. I find it lacking alot on hills it just runs out of power (Std 1.3 fuel injected motor)
I also purchased cromoly diffs to make it 25/26 spline and am supposed to get vw CV's for it, nissan callipers etc to handle the tyres.
I am now thinking of trying to do twin transfer cases in it and wanted to know if its possible, and what cases and things I need.
I also want to convert from the manual to an auto Jimny Box (or other auto that suits).
At some stage I would like to go up to 33.s and move the front and rear diffs further forward (and the rear back). As well as looking at best options for power upgrades.
Engine convertion is the only real way to get more power there's a few options that can be done Dave cc dose a kit for the 1.7 diesel I believe or rockwatt could probably knock you something up on the transfer box side of it or do both and have a mean machine
