Wouldn't fit in our press at work either mate. Thick tube, scaffold tube would probably do it, and a large hammer, make sure it's home. I used a block from one of the ramp extensions to rest the hub on and keep the studs off the floor.

pick up some 25mm cds tube from a friend for the new panhard rods
edited later in the day:
had a afternoon free so made the rear panhard it ended up being 37.5inch hole to hole for a 3" lift and centred the body perfectly if I remember right that's a inch extra length used the new tube and the old bush ends, getting the old bushes out and back in was a pain in the arse im going to fit polly bushes very soon but I need to be able to move the jimny about
bent the old one up, I was told they were week but I was bloody surprised how week I bent it with just my hands and the wall only looks to be about 1mm thick
finished up the day making one side of my tree sliders welded it on and painted it ill do the other side some time next week if I get time
