Not *exactly* today, but at the weekend... Received and fitted a new EGR bonnet protector (want to try to keep her as pristine as possible, for as long as possible!) and a bonnet insulator (to try and minimise a little of the engine noise) and a Power+ throttle controller...(read lots of positive reviews for these) - have been happy with it on auto mode so far).

The front windscreen must let at least 75% through and the front windows 70% through to be legal, see
www.gov.uk/tinted-vehicle-window-rules
It's difficult to tell from the photo but it could be legal, blocking 25% of the light is quite a heavy tint.

It looks like a Cameleon tint, which are UK legal as long as they let in the correct amount of light as said by DrRobin.
I am surprised they haven't been outlawed though, due to traffic cameras not being able to identify the driver?

Thanks. I thought there was something about being able to see and identify the driver too. Maybe it isn’t a regulation though. But hence you couldn’t have essentially a 1 way mirror as your windscreen. Either way, can’t say I’m a fan. Something you expect to find on a chavved up Audi or BMW.The front windscreen must let at least 75% through and the front windows 70% through to be legal, see

If you have seen George's Car Media on the socials, he works with the Traffic Police to jive advice on what's legal and not. Here is one on his Chameleon Tint.

My 4 year service on a 2020 SZ5 at Blackshaws (Alnwick) in July was about the same price. Given that you get the Service Activated Warranty it seemed good value.Annual Service & MOT @ 34,438 miles. [Feb 2020 SZ5 MT] £314.07 inc VAT (including a new rear wiper blade @ £16.36 +VAT]

Today I fitted the upgraded hose from Bravo for the snorkel. It is silicone rubber hose with a fiber middle layer and wire reinforcing on the outside to keep the inner surface smooth.
Before with original hose
New silicone hose
They also sent me an upgrades head clamp, as opposed to the jubilee clip.

I know, the engine bay needs a clean, it looks a lot worse on the pictures though.
