Mine's different from yours Dan, the only join is the one right behind the cat with the 'spring' bolts and compressed gauze cone gasket.
Put it all together with Holts Fire Gum...runs like a sewing machine now, sounds a bit girlie really :whistle:

A new wire gasket and some exhaust assembly paste should fix it.

Thanks buster it's already a new gasket just didn't apply any paste so I'll give that a go

Fitted these lovely blue dash led lights to match my blue radio :whistle:
Well, it was something to do, wasn't it? :woohoo:
While I had all the dash out, replaced the entire heating control module, which I discovered was held together with a zillion zip ties...why it was like that is anybody's guess, but I could never turn the heat down to stone cold, and the direction control was seized solid.....it's like a new car now, can't wait for the weather to turn crap again :whistle: :whistle:
