Changed gearbox mount both diff oils and t box oil then removed arb nice mornings work

Put the zook to work today tidying up some fencing... I think suzuki lost out when they didn't sell the jimny as a utility vehicle in the UK! Just from looking at the amount of farmers tooting about on quads, a Jimny on muds could do everything a quad could do, but better and for not much more money! :blink:

Stripped out both front hubs. It poured the diff oil all over the road last week - thought it was just half shaft seal but all 4 KP bearings are shot. Hopefully the steering will be a bit lighter once its back together!
Good news is the wheel bearings and CVs look really good.
Replacing all the bolts with stainless so it should be easier to get apart next time.

Stripped down drivers side king pins. Full of rusty stinking mud, grease and water. Wheel bearing probably salvageable but CV is rusty as hell.
