Is it the arms or the chassis mounts you are bending. What's in the picture will only protect the mounts.
If you are bending arms you need stronger arms. Off Road Armory do some with a Life time warranty so if you bend one it gets replaced for free. His last design had problems as can be read about on other forums.
Or D&G in Belgium do some very good but very expensive ones but more recently KAP have started making them at the cheapest price. All their kit is top quality too.
Read my previous thread about bushes too.

Hi, it's the mounts I'm bending actually, not the arms...

I would have thought that those in the picture would be pretty easy to make up. My only thought would be that it transfers the impact to the bolt rather than the less important ends of the brackets.
P.S I have sent you a mail about the parts you wanted.

Hi,
Yes I've tended to hit / bent the front pair, but managed to bend them back, I've trimmed some off the bottom edge as it gets curled up going over rocks or ledges.
I've not bothered making any as yet, but should be easy I'd think.

The guards in the pic look like the ones I bought, from JimnyBits. Had you any difficulty getting the bolts, brackets & arm bushes aligned enough to allow all of the spacers to be fitted?
