Come on, surely someone else must have had a problem with seizes headlamp adjusters. Do they seize up solid or can they be freed off?

A colleague from another Jimny forum had the same problem (both actuators stuck). He said that after some knocking and tapping, they started working again.

When my headlight leveling system quit working, it turned out that just the leveling switch was broken. I pulled a new switch from my friends Baleno(it's a piece of junk engine donor car for his SJ), and plugged it to my Jimny and everything is working again!

They freeze/break all the time. I simply manually fixed the headlamp in the correct position.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there
