The trouble is finding what is causing it as it can have many causes.
I have replaced all the radius arm bushes, the front wheel bearings and the kingpin bearings before and still had it on my 215/80/15 Malatesta Kaiman's but when I put on my 205/80/16 Kumho KL71's it instantly goes!
The only thing left to change is the panhard rod bushes albeit I can't see any play in them.
So my point is the garage could charge to change all of these items and it still be there.
From your avatar photo I'm guessing your Jimny is standard with road tyres, so it probably won't be too tricky to sort out but where does the garage start from. If they are to change the kingpin bearings they may aswell change the wheel bearings whilst they have the car apart and hopefully it will have solved it.
It may be worth trying to find the time to do one side of the car at a time or something. You will need access to a press or a local garage that will assist in pressing out the oldwheel bearings and pressing in the new ones and therefore another vehicle to get you there and back whilst the car is in bits.

A year or so ago Suzuki recognised there was a problem with wheel wobble and produced a kit to stop it. It is new bushes for the chassis end of the front trailing (leading really!) arms and 0.5mm shims for the swivel bearings or kingpin bearings. These shims are available more cheaply from the shop here and you can buy the bushes only from Suzuki. What the difference is from the original I don't know but they do certainly help. If everything seems tight and no play it could be a good way to start, particularly with a standard car.

As kirkynut says its not a simple fix,
Mine had the wobbles cured by new balanced tyres.
Dirtydogz on here had wobbles solved by new tie-rod ends
Mostly commonly its blamed on Kingpin bearings but it could be a whole host of things...
