about the tree, it was only a small one, I had no chainsaw on board so It thought it may just drag out the way, but the roots were very much still in the ground :pinch:

yeah sure no worries, I didnt fit it my self, i had a friend do it at his garage because I had the 2" at the same time

the bore of a jimny pipe is 1" and 1/2

just browsing on ebay the smallest I could find was 2"

so it was cut on the internal end in serveral places ( spliced) then crimped smaller and welded

you can get 1" 1/2 because my friend bought one for his pug, I couldnt find it at the time

the main problem is that a jimny back box is mounted side ways, and i didnt want the fumes going into the wheel arch and filling the cab and dieing lol so

unfortunatly a hole was cut, but does look kinda cool B)

What is the law regarding cats I wonder. My jimny is a 2000 x plater, I thought the emissions regs were more tolerant for older motors.

Hi mate mine cost me £15 including P&P. Its a middle/front box off an old nissan cherry/sunny. Its about 10" long & 3" deep so it tucks up high out of the way and sounds good with a nice rasp but very quiet when driving normal. Its welded on in the original place but up as high as it would go and iv put a crome tip on to finish the look. much cheaper than the KAP back box.

Thanks
James
