No you can't.

Front shocks are ring and pin. Rear shocks are ring and ring.

Not only that but shocks don't lift springs do.

Now if you said you can move the front springs to the rear and put Mercedes springs on the front.....

I balieve you can fit the front springs on the rear. which will give you some degree of lift on the rear.

fronts off the merc, problem is your going to get the jimny lean if you put the same spec springs.

You could use a spring spacer though ?
Just out of interest what spings from the others would be used ( focus lada)

lada samara rears are 425mm long. A member on here from greece had some on once, but hes changed them now.
focus estate mk2 rears are 375mm long.
merc 190 fronts are 400mm long but alot stiffer rate than the above.
to be fare you will be better buying some springs from a jimny shop that have had been desgined for the job.

I agree ( i dont need then i have a big lift already)
But its good info for new members wanting a lift wile saving up for a real one
