Ok, like the saying goes, It's my first time in Texas, but not my first rodeo! I'm new to the Jimny, but not new to 4x4s. I'd like to see some tips and tricks that you've done, I'm not talking about big tires, lifts, or full body exo roll cages! I'll show you what I mean.

1. Move the electric window switches to the dash or the center console.
2. Windows rattle? Use McDonald's drinking straws in the window rails!
3. Install a cheap offroad light under the hood, or a 12v plug and a work light!

My wife found a German forum that said there is a "bump" inside the plastic intake hose (I'm thinking for an engine breather???) between the filter box and engine, that can be cut/filed down for better airflow. The Germans that did it were swearing that they seen instant power boost, but I also seen that not every Jimny has this, might be different between the years? I've been busy fixing other things, so I haven't opened mine up yet, but when I do you can be sure you'll hear about it first and get tons of pics!!!

Ok, F7U12. Check your spare tyre key is still in the glove box. Sounds easy enough. Or go buy an easy out, that's Craftsman brand name stuff but you get the idea, looks like a socket but has reversed fins/blades that will remove a lock stud on your spare.
