4xfourArt Jimny suspension reviews... if any was created by Quest
Hi guys first post... great site you have here....i've bought a jimny and been checking out a complete suspension for it to raise it on 31's. This decision of suspension setup is one of the most most stressful and complicated decisions ever. I've checked out a few so far but haven't made up my mind as yet. I've came across a company in Turkey (4xfourArt) who sell a very comprehensive setup for the jimnys. has anyone on here used this suspension...have any information on the ride quality of the springs...have any pics of their jimny with the suspension fitted? The company has been around for a bit but not much information can be found giving feedback on how it works. I think their radius arms with the patented Johnny joints fitted are pretty neat. Any feedback at all will be helpful. thanks in advance.

Welcome to Big Jimny
Now be careful with the credit cards!
Fitting 31's wont be cheap, you will also need to consider gearing as well as suspension.
I have no experience with that company, only the UK suppliers.
If you are in the UK then we have a few very good suppliers here.

When you say it won't be cheap outside of the suspension, what else do you mean. I figure once i get the height i want just a nip and clip here and there and i should be good. I figure 5th gear will be a waste afterwards but i guess i could sort that later. I could tell from everyone else on here that this is going to be a money train until i think i get where i want.

By the way i'am from the Caribbean. The guy from 4x4art mentioned i could do a bank draft. This seems so risky but by the time i do the exchange if i buy from europe it's gonna cost times more.

The problem is once you lift your car, you will want bigger tyres, then you will kill clutches and have little power, We sort this by reducing the gearing on the transferbox by fitting Rocklobsters or aftermarket gearsets which are expensive.
What do you plan to use the Jimny for? A smaller lift and slightly bigger tyres can be achieved for a lot less money, and the jimny will be quite capable off road. A big lift will also make road handling worse.
With bigger lifts generally you will want more things like caster correction arms, longer brake lines, extended panhard rods, Bigger tyres, SJ Rocklobster conversion.

Hello, i have the 4xfa 4'' suspension apart from the shocks, with 31'' .
They are ok with their transactions. I have met them from close in 4x4 competition and are nice people.
