I've had stuff from them and waited a while but it was good and did come but I kept the spending low with them - did not want to blow this money!
I got one from a local breakers in the end but will bear in mind peoples comments and thanks for them!

As you can see from my post, I was nervous about using you and mainly due to the shambles you describe your parcel service to have been in the past. I have used you in the past and did wait slightly longer than I expected but not massively.
I shall use you in the future and believe that your business is just what the Jimny enthusiast needs - especially those of us that off road them!
However, you do need to put your money where your mouth is now in respect of the improved service you promise and the fact you are actively looking to do so suggests to me that you will.
I'll not comment on the situation with Mark's axle as I do not think it is right and proper for a row to start on a forum.
The only thing that might stop me buying from you is your prices can seem a little high on some items - but I understand you have to make a living - I just need to keep my Jimny going for as cheap as I reasonably can!

The correct axle is still working just fine, there is sometimes an ABS issue but thet may be down to the sensor as its electrical rather than the axle so the axle is fine.
To be honest I'd have hoped it should be after being reconditioned.
The reason I rang the number in the ebay auction was that I wanted a load more bits in addition to the axle and it made sense to order the lot together.
The number given was that of thornton breakers so how was I supposed to know the difference in the VAT status? Father and son share a site, an office and phone lines and pictures in their ebay auctions but as different companies have different VAT status. I was charged postage for these extra items even though they came on the same pallet as the axle and no doubt for the same money. a couple of small items never turned up but I was refunded without problem for these items.
As far as ordering the wrong part I was never asked if it was abs or not but since I gave the year I dont think there are any Jimnys on a 54 plate that are NON ABS (but I if someone proves otherwise I'll publicly apologise)
I think there may even be a third ebay account operating out of this yard, something like L200PJ or somesuch. I'll have a dig in my records if/when I get time and check for proof of this. For now consider it just a rumour
I'm glad Cameron has logged on and stated his case, at least acknowledging the problems his company has had and even more hopefully fixed. As C/S and T/B are one of the biggest Suzuki breakers good customer service is a must if they are to have a good name amongst the owners clubs and online forums where nothing stays a secret for very long.

Hi Mark thanks for the reply i am glad to see you have put that the axle is in good order i do think the abs problem must be one of your sensers as we did not supply them however if it does turn out to be the axle at fault please contact me on 07921480614. L200PJ was the ebay name that Thornton Breakers used when it used to mainly specialise in L200 pickups however it got changed to thornton_breakers because it specialises in mainly all 4x4`s. We have been in Bussiness at Thornton Breakers now for 25 years and me and my dad and all of the staff are not out to rob people of there money as this is not what were about and im sure if you look on sites such as the l200 owners club or nissan-navara.net or pajero owners club you will see that we are highly rated. I created CAM SUZUKI because i own a jimny offroader and i used to struggle to get seconed hand parts as t/b never broke them and sold them complete to a certain suzuki specialist. I then managed to buy one for spares for my truck and put some parts on ebay realising the massive response i purchased all the jimnys t/b was getting and both me and thornton breakers help each other out now in differnt ways and because i have not been going long enough yet i am sharing my dads resorces but as far as i can see mark there is no problem in me getting support from them. So as you keep putting "thornton breakers / cam suzuki or rather father and son" we are not a cowboy outfit and we are a proper bussiness who ship around 40 parcels and around 10 pallets from both of our sites of parts all around the world everyday. And as you said that our couriers are the same the pallet companies that we used were differnt i used a.d.d express and t/b used pallet track. i do not want to fall out with anyone and hope that people can use us with confidence from now on as i am here to help many thanks cameron
