in my point of view landys are allright,but you cudnt trust them atall,but if your gonna bring them offroading its just point less because they brake shaft after shaft and for them to be any good you have to modify them to a certain point wer the only parts left are parts of the body so, you can see why ppl buy jap because if they aint jap ther scap:evil: :evil:

exactaly right one night down the quarry out of 2 discoverys and my isuzu trooper the only jeeps with diffs that hadent broke a diff was my isuzu next weekend down the quarry disco got bent stering and the funny thing is the isuzu beat a disco that was modafied and my jeep is standard. But jimnys are the way to go nice and cheep and go everywhere a defender will go:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

the land rover 90 i have bought seems to be repair after repair, rust and chassis work.

im not a great lover of them at the moment but they are good off road, cant beat the engine power and the ratio of the low box.

but all round the jimny is easier to drive around off road. so there both 50/50 i think

plus the jimny is all round cheaper to do things with.

we've recovered a wedged rangie just using a strap and tow started a fourtrak
4L is ace :)
