Ok I got the welding done and it didn't look too bad.

Then I found out the 4wd wasn't working so I've replaced the vaccum pipes!

Then I noticed the transfer box mount had snapped. Fiddly job swapping that.

Whilst I was down there I noticed the drivers front swivel was leaking so I've done the king pin bearings and internal oil seal!

Then I noticed the exhaust manifold was blowing so I took it off and had my welder guy sort that out. Top class job too!

So I took it for the MOT and guess what????????


It failed, rear brake pipes front to back, those bloody plastic clips that hold the pipes on are so brittle and in the most awkward places.

Fingers crossed thats it and it will be good for a few more years.
