Hi is it possible to put an underdash kill switch to a 02 jimny. And if so how do i do it. Reason is some toe rags broke in:( and tried to take j. I guess on a joyride with all the snow about. Any feed back wecome. (by the way j is fun in the snow)

Your jimny has an immobiliser fitted as standard, the only way it can be started is with the key. It is not possible to hot wire them like you could do in seconds with old fords.

put a heavy duty relay inbetween the battery and main positive feed.

put a switch to the fuel pump.

put a switch to ignition

put 10,000v into the seat with a switch so u turn it off when you want to sit in it.

I also put a steering wheel lock on in addition to the imobiliser. Seems to work a treat.

That steering lock would be great to force the ignition lock! I have one of the big round steering wheel locks that completely cover the wheel, but someone lost both keys :-(

ive got clifford concept 650(cat 1 alarm) fitted to mine. drives the neighbours crazy cause beeps when people got to close :)
