The C.V joint itself should have around 100ml. I usually give the rest a generous dollop but you should not overfill as it will expand with the heat and squeeze out of the joint or wreck the joint through Hydraulic action, you need some air in there.

Make sure you get it well into the bearings. Otherwise this will happen
