My Roof Lights was created by Ryan_94
Just wanted to upload a few pics of my new roof lights for people to look at. They are Ring spotlights and I mounted them on a bit angled bar that I cut to fit in between the roof rails. It's all held on at the moment with 2 self taping screws into the roof rails but I'm going to use bolts to give a better look and pull it all down a bit tighter. It only cost me £8 for the bit angled bar, much cheaper than a set of roof bars and if needed it can be easily removed so a set could be fitted!

Why do you use the covers?

I just had them on in the pics, they are off now. They don't stay on very well and fall off themselves so are pretty useless! Although I do keep the ones on the bonnet on just to protect them from stone chips and take them off when I need to.

I've not actually wired them up yet but planning on putting it down under the end covers on the roof bars and under the headlining, behind the plastic trim on the windscreen piller and behind the dash. Then take it through to the battery! Seems to be the neatest way to go about it :)

Yeah, the wires are all sealed in and protected by the roof rail caps on the end of the roof bars anyway but might still be a good idea to make it neat and tidy :D
