Roundhill Woods? now visited - pics was created by goatboy
I'm just trying to find a pay n play site near me and I see burnham offroad club organise days at Roundhill Woods near Tring in Herts. Its only just up the road from me but I can't find any info if this is a site I can just turn up at on certain days. Doesn't seem to be any sort of website for it.
Anybody ever come across it or been there?

ETA: I've emailed Burnham offroaders to see if none members can go to their days...

I found it on a couple of other places, enduro motorcross or something like that, and on a couple of landrover sites but they seem to refer back to Burnham offroaders.

I've had a pretty thorough search on the internet but stuggled to find much more hence asking on here if anyone has first hand experience... ;)

Its on youtube a couple of times too...

Its a fairly wooded site with a few 'bomb' holes. So can be quite muddy and slippery but good fun. I've done loads of trials there as well as some winch challenge events. The AWDC are a very friendly bunch so if you have the time go along on Sunday and have a look. Maybe you could then enter another time. The Anglian Rover Owners Club have a trial there on the 9th April which is for road vehicles and separate sections for more specialist vehicles. Both clubs allow all makes of vehicles although AROC tend to be more Land Rovers, and there sections for road vehicles tend to be a little easier.
I live a bit less than an hour away towards Oxford so not too far.
