Yep, I put a little bottle of Injector cleaner in once a month. I do about 4000k's/month and this seems to keep the injectors "Happy". Cheap at $2.99/bottle.

Also, once a year when I change the oil in diffs, gearbox and transfer case, I put a small amount of Nulon diff treatment in each case/diff.

Shouldn't be necessary.

But if you believe it works, put it in.

(I suspect that "injector cleaner" is a very expensive way to buy paraffin, likely with a squirt of cellulose thinners added for good measure)

EDIT not thinners, nail varnish remover

"Octane booster" is toluene (cellulose thinner)
"Magic cleaner additive" is acetone (nail varnish remover)
"fuel system cleaner/water remover" is isopropyl alcohol (tape head cleaner)

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

I use it before the MOT as emissions are usually high but this lowers it slightly.

But then mine isnt a daily driver so if its used regulary it wont be needed

personally i run high octane stuff from the pumps every now and then. one of them has cleaners i think, but i cant remember which brand so its a bit of potluck.

you can always do an italian clean; drive it all the way to the redline in each gear a couple of times
