Jimnybits review/feedback was created by jimnydms
hi i am looking at purchasing a susp lift off jimny bits

3"shocks and springs £280

Castor corrected arms £190

Extended hoses £59

Relocation Bracket £10

and maybe susp bush set £30

all in all i didnt think it was a bad deal, but like all cheaper deals is it ok? i have heard alot about springs leaning etc...

has anyone had any direct use off these products if so how are they any problems anything to look out ? how does it compare to the kit on off road armory etc any help orfeedback muchly appreciated also i have missed anything i would require for a 3" lift

Many thanks

I have a'lot of parts from jimnybits and they are all excellent, along with ORA which I cannot fault.
The jimnybits springs do have a longer front drivers spring which compensates for the extra weight on that side and mine sits level.

With a 3" lift you will also want adjustable panhard rods.

I would happily recommend ORA, Jimnybits and Bits4vits who are all members of this forum
And also Martin of Bigjimny who also gives excellent service.
There are other suppliers who I have not much experience with.

Why not phone them all up for a package deal?
Be careful with the wallet though as the mods don't ever stop and there will always be something more that you will want.

funny thing is i get that quite alot being a "cheaper kit" the main thing is buying in bulk, my last spring order was 5.5k hence lower prices i get them for.

this year ill be replacing the 280 kit with a more complete kit, full arms etc but the single components will still be available if needed
