Hi all,
As some of you may know I have recently lifted my Jimny 1.5" with spacers and it did that perfectly thanks bits for vits!! so basically it lifted the jim 38mm in my language. At the time I measured from under the back arch to the floor, it took the measurment from 700mm to 740mm.
Now comes the interesting bit. I have now taken off my old springs, shocks and spacers and have now fitted a 2" procomp springs and shocks kit and now the measurment from arch to floor is 815mm
which is an amazing difference!! Im assuming that the reason there is such a difference is due to the 11 year old springs sagging. Feels like a new car now!! Still drives great but slightly lighter at the front end so im thinking a damper would solve that!
So has anyone else found raising their jim with new springs to make as much difference as this?

yes after a few miles the springs will settle down, when i fitted a rhino ray kit many years ago the rear seemed to come up around 4" (was a 2.5 kit) but then after a week it settle down
