Does anyone use Kumho KL71s and what are they like?

I donot use them personally, but I know many people swear by them.
I love the pattern of the treads, but they are not as extreme as my diamond backs.. might give them a go when the diamond backs disintegrate.. or might put a set on the spare alloys for the wife for the summer instead of going for BFG AT2's

I've never run them myself but my friend has, He has ripped the sidewall out on tree
stump's. Done this on about 3 tyres he now run's BF's.

This was on woodland sites if you are going quarry bashing or laning
they should be fine, Apparently they are well known for having weak sidewall's!!!!

Depends on the use as to what tyres suit, i only use my car for greenlaning, fairly serious stuff so i use some diamonds that are remoulds, cheap to replace and effective, they have a strong sidewall. If however i did a lot of road miles too I'd opt for some BF goodrich tyres as they last forever and also have a strong sidewall. I have no experience of the Khumo's, must be a fairly well behaved road tyre as theyre not a remould, but BFG's are pretty faultless.
