Eee By Gum, reminds me of riding back from Cadwell Park, getting punctures, pulling one side of the tyre of the rim (m/bike) and filling the whole inside with as tightly packed grass/straw as we could.
Still didn't slow us down, either!

Buy Keefe's trailer! and carry a few spares!
Why not just use a bi-directional tyre as a spare?
I only have 4 235/75/15 special tracs atm, and need a spare, I will just get a spare rim out of my man cave and ask my local tyre place to bung on any old road legal tyre.

Most punctures occur on the passenger side as these wheels are close to the gutter where nails, glass etc tend to collect.

Just carry a spare for that side and more often than not it will be right!
