Thats an X Trail tyre size I think ? More expensive than 215/75 or 205/75 and harder to find, not a lot of choice either but they'd fit OK :) The other 2 sizes both OK on standard pre-facelft Jimny, I had to cut my bumper to get 215/75 on but thats just because of the facelift bumper being diffferent.

Remoulds are a bit like Marmite- love or hate. I wouldn't trust them due to having one burst in my face fitting it :S ( a big chunk of the sidewall decided to part company with the rest of the tyre, not easily forgotten ) and the road miles I do, but depends what you're going to do with it I guess; no point spending loadsa £££ on a tyre that's never gonna see tarmac and some remould treads are much more aggressive. Speed rating on remoulds could be an issue if you use motorways, some have very low ratings.

depends if you are going to offroad or not
If you are going to do pay and plays get Kuhmo/Marshall KL71 - have a good mud terrain tread pattern but still good on road and not remoulds - about £80 each
If not then get some All Terrains from BF Goodrich if feeling rich £120 ish, or if not Coopers or General Grabbers £75-80 ish

Toyo Open Countrys on mine, not the maddest tread pattern but does what I need it to ( dirt and gravel tracks, muddy / stubbly fields,up the hills and not fall off the road at the first wet roundabout ) :) probably be stuffed if it was up to the axles in mud tho  Snow still to be tested but knowing Scotland won't have to wait long :cheer:
