The washer Bottle - it is a bit small.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to a suitable larger replacement?

Thank you

Have a look at this:

shop1.actinicexpress.co.uk/shops/Rat_Spo...24cc396c2b69770f6558

You'd have to have a measure up and maybe call them to get the dimentions of the larger one.

It might be possible to connect them together via a T piece that they might be able to supply or that Halfords sell and have two.

Or take a trip to a scrap yard and see what you can find.

They are not that small though are they??? Mine's not a daily drive but have been on week long greenlaning holidays and didn't have to fill it up too regularly.

B) Thank you for the suggestions. I'm used to a VW which has a massive bottle but it is tucked partially under the wing. I want to avoid cutting the inner wing The VW bottle also supplies water to the headlamp washers and that was going to be my next step on the Jimny.

I've also just seen a really good protective headlamp cover. The item was made in Australia and conceptually a good mod for the Jimny. I'm going to source some Polycarbonate (Lexan - GE) which is almost indestructible. It easily is easily bent using a heat gun and can be drilled and a tap threaded for scews. Once I've made a couple I'll post a design on this site. If I'm right then almost anyone could make them for themselves.

That thing is probably bigger than the actual 'boot' in a Jimny. :S

Looks like the rear seats will still be useable, I think its great the way they hide under the floor, or if they are up then there is a great big hidden storage compartment. Such a shame the shogun went independent suspension on the rear and the loss of the ladder frame chassis. However I find it's a great tow truck for my jimny. And rear diff lock on the switch as standard!

What about...

Or you could double the existing system up.
