Battersby Plantation - Done was created by Walkerc
Over the past couples of months Battersby plantation has gradually been getting worse and worse, but today finally me and my dad got our little Jimny up on our own with no Locker, no winch, no waffle boards and just man powerr! It took numerous attempts of moving up the slope, stopping, then using the shovel to 'adapt' and 'remodel' the deep ruts. Overall it took us just short of an hour to make it up but was a good feeling after finally making it up alone.

Here is a link of a Jeep club going up a couple of weeks ago:
(Battersby Plantation starts at about 1:00 and at 2:07 shows how hard it is going up it!)

Below are just some photos of the Jimny on Rudland Rigg just after we had made it up Battersby Plantation :)

A18SUF has recently had an 'interesting' experience at Battersby Plantation. There are a few pics of her 'on it's side' moment on here somewhere.
