If you strip out the back of the car completely in order to remove the side panels, you will find the wires from the radio for the rear speakers end up in a small plug inside the left hand (passenger side) rear wing about 1/2 way along. (Taped to the rear light harness.)

Removing and refitting all the trim takes most of a morning so have the speakers and wire ready or be prepared to drive with no trim or seats in the back until they arrive.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

Must add this! 10cm speakers will drop straight in, 13cm will go in with a bit of swearing. I got some 13cm kenwoods for £5 from halfords, but once I came to fit them, i just swapped them with a mate for some 10cm, (EASY) Remember to remove the rubber stuff from behind the speaker grills on the trim panels aswell.

If you like you music like me, go do the hole lot, the way it should have come from suzuki, starting off with a decent head unit(deck), then put some 4"splits and the front and mount the tweeters on the dash. For the rear speakers i mounted mine where those weird plastic cover things are behind the rear seats so you don't get any holes in the sound. Add a small slim line sub and what nice sound. :P
