HERE's my Jimny.

I pick her up on saturday the 7th.

2002 reg , 55k on the clock. 12 months MOT,

I had a good look around under it. and chassis , boot floor etc all sound!
I tested the vac hubs in 4wd mode, and there was a nice clicking from each hub, going between 2wd and 4wd. no oil leaks from both gear boxs.

Problems. I found on it are. leaky sump gasket, a couple of broken exhaust brakets and the front swivel hubs need cleaning up and new seals.

I'm looking at what options to go for..

I want to give it a 2" lift. what a good way to go with that?

spring kit? spacers? spring and damper kit?

also does anyone fit fuel tank guards? or tranfer box guards??

If your going to use your jimny off road like NicK G then go for the 2"lnch spring +shocks.
If you're like me on a budget and only use it 85% off road then go for 1.5"lnch spring spacer +rear shock brackets from BIG JIMNY or BITS 4 VITS.

Oil on the sump is common on the jimny .
