Body lift, uses spacers to lift actual car body off the chassis by however many inch. Basically detach body from chassis, lift and fit the spacer in the gap.

Its better during off-road. More articulation,better off-road and on road response.
Body lift is usually being used after tuning suspension in order to fit bigger tires.

yeah they are stock size (as standard) i quite like the look of the rangers and my insa's seem to be hard wearing
