laser/water jet cutting? siping into tread blocks

does anyone have contacts for companies who use laser or water jet to cut rubber?

i would like to have some serious siping cut into the tread blocks of some agressive tyres.

There are a couple around Aberdeen, I wonder why! I knew Garry Crichton at www.poseidonengineering.com when we used to work for BT.
Have you tried some of the Tyre firms/MOT garages? for a tread cutter? I don't know if theyre still legal but a lot of HGV tyres were re-grovable, that might be a better option.

IIRC it will make the truck illegal for road use.............re groovables for commercial vehicles were designed to be re grooved.......
